元朗有一間海南雞小店,其實佢哋最初叫凱悅,但因為同某大型酒店撞名,仲收到律師信要求改名,就算改同音名都唔得,最後先改咗凱豐。聽完呢個故事,真係覺得小店經營唔容易,但更加欣賞老闆對食物質素嘅堅持 💪🏻 🐔 招牌無骨海南雞飯 講到海南雞,佢哋嘅雞全部都去骨,啖啖肉,皮薄又唔肥,配埋自家製葱油,已經夠鮮味!重點係,佢哋嘅雞隻係自家農場出品,無激素、每日冰鮮運港~ 而且呢度每碟雞飯都必定有雞髀位,老闆話:「想每個客人都食得開心!」😋 🍚 配飯方面,佢哋嘅黃薑飯,用黃薑、椰奶、香茅煮成,粒粒分明!如果鐘意食原味,可以揀白飯。🦆 鹽水加積鴨飯 除咗海南雞,佢哋嘅鹽水鴨都值得試!鴨肉係嚟自海南加積鎮,皮薄油脂香,肉質嫩滑冇羶味,仲有自家製酸甜汁,食落開胃~ 🍗 小食蜜糖雞翼、瓣醬豆腐 雞翼炸得外脆內嫩,搽上一層蜜糖,香甜惹味,灑埋芝麻,咬落仲有肉汁!豆腐外層炸得香脆,點埋豆瓣醬,鹹香又帶少少辣,夠惹味~ 🥣 每日靚湯 紫菜湯係用雞骨熬製五六個鐘,冇加味精,飲落清甜又暖胃~ 湯入面仲有肉碎同紫菜絲,尤其適合秋冬飲,一啖湯一啖飯,超滿足 ❤️ ☕ 冷熱飲品 佢哋嘅熱生薑柑桔蜜,用新鮮薑絲加柑桔蜜,飲落暖胃
