To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 街坊必食香港地,光顧了幾次依舊保持水準。是日準備吃午飯,太餓了所以來到香港地,份量十足,價錢可接受。每逢12:30pm左右,一家會看到很多人取票等位。但等也值得。招牌食物有3款,黑椒雞扒飯雞扒分量十足,黑椒味很突出,辣辣的十分開胃,雞扒面層煎得脆皮,雞肉火喉夠,因此帶有肉汁,白飯份量剛剛好,吃光光不浪費。重量級咖喱豬扒飯,顧名思義,有兩大塊炸豬扒,上碟時不禁「嘩」一聲,女仕應該是不能食得完😂飯是在豬扒底下,可以沒有太油。介紹一下咖哩汁,香料香辣味重,不甜,因此味蕾會比較刺激,薯仔就一般,吃了幾次,薯仔依舊比較硬,所以不入味,如果煮久一點,薯仔索了咖哩汁,配飯也很滋味!如果餐牌的招牌款式可以改變一下,有點新款菜式會更加吸引。👍🏻

重量級咖喱豬扒飯,顧名思義,有兩大塊炸豬扒,上碟時不禁「嘩」一聲,女仕應該是不能食得完😂飯是在豬扒底下,可以沒有太油。介紹一下咖哩汁,香料香辣味重,不甜,因此味蕾會比較刺激,薯仔就一般,吃了幾次,薯仔依舊比較硬,所以不入味,如果煮久一點,薯仔索了咖哩汁,配飯也很滋味!
