很多特色小店也進駐旺角區,這間拉麵店仍在試業中,我和朋友也急不及待入內潮聖一番。麵館以水泥風為主題,再配搭木系餐枱櫈,簡樸舒服。顧客可自選湯底鹹淡度及麵質軟硬度,很期待啊!蟹膏叉燒拉麵是必吃之選,整碗拉麵也放滿材料,有蟹鉗、蟹柳絲、蟹膏及慢煮叉燒等。一口蟹鉗啖啖肉,蟹膏鹹香但不會覺得腥,溏心蛋是流心的,叉燒經過慢煮烹調,肉質比較嫩滑。黑蒜叉燒拉麵,麵底份量多而且彈牙美味,湯底非常濃郁偏糊口,入口啖啖強烈黑蒜味,好正呀!如想口感再豐富一點,每枱也放有鹹魚仔供無限添加,既入味又有咬口。另外也試了靜岡蜜瓜梳打,甜度適中蜜瓜味超香,像吃新鮮水果般清新,下次會再試其他口味啊!
