將總結寫喺第一句,Yakiniku Great真係一試難忘,值得再去。壽司嘅Omakase 就成日見,但係真係第一次食燒肉嘅Omakase!店鋪除咗會精選是日最正嘅部位之外,仲會一邊講解幫我哋燒埋,咁就唔使怕自己糟蹋咗舊和牛😋我亦到好享受知道自己食緊隻牛邊一part 再感受佢哋分別嘅嗰種感覺~今次叫咗最貴嘅"OMAKASE GREAT"前菜“和牛他他“配咗一塊法包,就咁食,同配法包食兩種食法都好正。8個cut之中,我個人印象最深嘅分別係Misuji, Tougarashi 同最後嘅ChateaubriandMisuji,入口開始融化但係又有咬落去依然係非常有質感。唔似有時食d和牛太肥,剩係食到食口油,都冇肉味。好正😋Tougarashi, 半熟嘅和牛加上木魚高湯,一濃一淡相輔相承,食到尾段來一道解膩的,非常合適~Chateaubriand, 呢個真係大開眼界,可以話係成晚入面最畫龍點晴嘅一個cut!一開始見到咁厚切嘅肉,你係真係唔會估到佢入口係可以咁柔軟,所以纖維同油脂都毫無抵抗咁接受咗命運。最過份嘅係,咁正嘅牛肉,佢仲加埋北海道海膽同Yakiniku Great嘅特製醬汁。佢地每一樣

Misuji,入口開始融化但係又有咬落去依然係非常有質感。唔似有時食d和牛太肥,剩係食到食口油,都冇肉味。好正😋

Chateaubriand, 呢個真係大開眼界,可以話係成晚入面最畫龍點晴嘅一個cut!一開始見到咁厚切嘅肉,你係真係唔會估到佢入口係可以咁柔軟,所以纖維同油脂都毫無抵抗咁接受咗命運。最過份嘅係,咁正嘅牛肉,佢仲加埋北海道海膽同Yakiniku Great嘅特製醬汁。佢地每一樣野分開都已經係一番美味,合埋一齊食意外地又唔會互搶風頭。最後一道明明已經飽飽地,但係個胃係自動製造咗空位俾個飯。真係好正。6分鐘的等待係非常值得。

最後仲想提一提佢個素麵。素麵係基本食材,本身都唔expect會有d咩驚喜。但係佢呢個素麵嘅彈牙程度真係令我嚇咗一跳咁彈。彈到我對素麵又有咗新嘅認知。
