除咗打邊爐之外,燒肉係我嘅第二最愛😁 日式燒肉/韓式燒烤,我都好鍾意❤️上次同朋友嚟過Yakiniku Great Soho, 十分滿意,所以今次帶埋老公同阿仔嚟試吓!我哋order咗兩個Omakase 極 $890 同一個普通Omakase $590. Omakase 極-有7款牛肉同海膽牛肉飯(Uni Chateau Briand)普通Omakase 就有5款牛肉同1款牛肉飯(Miso Yaki)牛肉質素非常之高,又滑又嫩,唔使多作介紹,因為真係好好食,唔會令人失望。海膽牛肉飯真係必食!海膽好新鮮,唔會有一浸「噏」味。服務方面,侍應會詳細講解每一款牛肉嘅部位,跟住專業地幫我哋燒,令我哋可以舒舒服服咁享用美食。抽氣亦做得好好,唔會食完之後D衫同頭髮都成陣燒烤味。 continue reading

今日再黎已經黎過幾次嘅餐廳通常有“重要”朋友生日都會過黎 因為e到比較有品質保證同埋可以預先定位今次只係早一星期訂位所以無table,只有bar檯但如果兩個人的話係無所謂嘅e間餐廳以前唔做lunch,應該係covid開始現有我照舊都係要omakase嘅餐有5款或者7款肉會有人幫你燒每碟上嘅時候都會有人介紹前菜有沙拉 野飲都係包埋嘅等我黎個簡單個總結啦雖然店員每次都會拿住個圖同我地講解每件係咩部位但其實,我聽完已經馬上唔記得啦!總之 真係好好味啦!唯一記得 ,又想形容就係e個sukiyaki飯距對碗飯嘅分量都好有要求,係會用磅黎make sure D飯無多無少蛋王係非常有蛋王味道,撈埋d肉同醬油,簡直係人間極品!另外,今次係朋友生日,預先同餐廳講,距地會預備係雪糕上寫名,再會有人唱生日歌 continue reading

成年冇得去旅行 就以食好野黎彌補一下燒肉Omakase係日本同台灣都有食過(好掛住大腕燒肉😭😭😭)正題 今次抱住食家朋友介紹"全港最好食燒肉"甘高expectation黎到都冇失望Omakase KIWAMI $880/8cuts揀呢個set因為朋友都想食Uni(而唔識欣賞嘅我轉左uni做scallop🤭)其實每次上菜佢都有介紹 但礙於太嘈真係聽唔到 所以冇認真研究自己食緊d咩不過差唔多每件牛放入口都有心心眼嘅感覺覺得最好食係個miniburger同中間嘅薄片燒肥瘦均衡 唔會食完成口油Tartare壽司普普通通 配左蝦都冇鮮甜感以下嘅牛全部都好食五花同壽司一樣冇特別感覺可能燒耐dd脆d會更好呢個miniburger個蛋黃真係不得了 超thick 連埋個小小juicy嘅burger 想再encore呢個配湯都唔錯反而大家推介 萬眾期待嘅海膽飯 (可能因為我係帶子) 又真係唔太特別最後係茶味icecream 完美句號整體同服務都唔錯 唯一想改善係環境太嘈可能大家都飲左酒 隔離果枱嘈到我地傾唔到計食完呢餐有d喉嚨痛😅btw 朋友食過上環果間原店嘅lunch話比較好 會搵機會試下 continue reading

Sushi omakase 就成日食,但係wagyu omakase 真係第一次試🤫餐廳賣點仲要係A5和牛既稀有部位🤤今次坐既係bar枱位,而每2個客人面前都有一個細細既爐。所有和牛都係由店員親自燒,店員每次燒之前都會用張show左牛部位既圖簡單介紹一下。Omakase 極 (Kiwami) ($820pp) Ultimate Special Rare 7 Cuts 個人覺得下面幾款和牛比較特別:甜蝦Steak Tartare 壽司🍣作為前菜開始,好fresh好特別,我好滿意🥰Shakushi 🥩 配泡沫鼔油同即磨wasabiMisuji 牛既拜拜肉🥩脂肪分佈平均,好軟腍,入口即溶🤤Kuri 配木魚湯🥩和牛略略燒過就放落湯,但係湯都仲係清清地。Uni Chateau Briand 🥩係我最期待既菜式,用上Chateaubriand 腰內部位, 師傅會將燒過既和牛用錫紙焗3分鐘,連同北海道海膽放上飯面,再淋上醬汁。整體上和牛肉質都幾juicy,而油花脂肪比較多,個人希望牛味可以再重小小🥲 continue reading

之前在Frank’s食意大利嘢在窗外望到呢間日式燒肉,今日放假就特登過嚟試。現在只開午市,一律只可叫omakase. 三款:$580、$880、$1080,minimal 2 servings.我們二人就叫兩set $580. 門口侍應很有禮貌告訴我們食物的份量,是一件生牛肉sushi,5片肉、一份菜、第5片肉有蛋有飯咁,似乎都夠食,就決定坐低試吓。我哋坐bar枱,每二人座位有夾板分隔及有一鐵板爐,唔大煙,侍應在爐前serve我哋,他/她後面是師傅,他們在預備肉。壽司:.紫菜包住壽司飯,上面有牛肉他他,甜蝦,小小支裝pump內有soy sauce for us to add. So cute!肉一:misuji, 半生熟,放有一小cube soy sauce foam 及即括wasabi, 正!好味。肉二:Maru shin, 外脆內軟,juicy, 點辣粉吃,yum!肉三:daisankaku, 大大片卷起,點甜soy sauce, lean texture but no chewy, so good!菜:兩條露荀,味道正常。肉四:tourgarashi, 屬於lean texture,有一壺dashi 湯,滔入小杯內,肉燒光再放入湯一起吃,湯味salty, 可以食完肉再飲。特別!肉五:signature of this set. Kimurayaki. 大大片,燒好後放在熱飯上,面頭再加隻温泉蛋,滔上醬油,嘩,見到已經流口水!味道當然一流!以上全部是侍應燒俾你食,服侍周到,肉質高質,無論霜降定lean,全部唔chewy! All tender and juicy!食過返唔到轉頭! continue reading
