🤗 總結: 晚市做兩輪, 用餐節奏略為急促. 服務員負責烤肉, 調味, 又耐心解釋牛嘅部位同埋烹調方法, 十分讚, 整體服務滿意. 我唔係牛肉專家, 食到後期, 唔同位置嘅牛味開始糢糊, 雖然好食, 難有驚喜. “牛” 嘅廚師發板非常有趣, 值得一試.

I have long heard that this is one of the best yakiniku restaurant in Hong Kong. After doing some research, I realized that the Soho branch is around $50 more expensive per set, but all of the courses would be grilled by their staff, while you would have to grill the meat by yourself at the Sheung Wan branch. I immediately chose the Soho branch, as I believe the staff would handle the ingredients with better skills, and could grill them to the perfect rarity. We chose the set with 7 cuts of beef

1. Wagyu Sushi
A dropper is provided for you to drip in the soy sauce. Very nice gimmick.
2. Salad
3. Yakisashi
It is paired with wasabi and a soy sauce butter cube
4. Fillet
5. Musuji
6. Daisankaku
7. Mushroom
It’s sprayed with Sake and was very juicy
8. Burger
It’s paired with Japanese egg yolk and sweet soy sauce
9. Tougarashi
It’s paired with a fish broth
10. Sirloin
It’s paired with rice, sesame and Japanese egg yolk
11. Hojicha Icecream (complimentary for birthday celebration)

We enjoyed the entire experience. All the beef cuts were melt-in-the-mouth-yummy. Definitely worth a visit!

兩個人食飯,叫左第二貴嗰個餐,$980一個前菜。加埋隻蝦食落一啲都唔似生肉,好滑,唔腥首先黎兩塊雪花紋好靚嘅肉。以為黃色嗰兩舊係蛋,點知原來係豉油成舊加咗落去好鹹,唔記得係咪佢幫我加,奉勸大家淨係落半舊,如果唔係會食唔出肉味番薯,燒完個面好甜,好似有一層焦糖咁每舊肉都好食,有人幫你燒埋好方便,美中不足係介紹嗰陣講得太快,啲部位又係日文,唔知邊度打邊度海膽新鮮食埋個飯大滿足。雖然價錢偏貴,但係耐唔耐可以一食,會返嚟。

友人生日,今次選在Yakiniku Great慶祝~一致覺得Omakase Great有飯又有麵會太飽,所以選了Omakase Kiwami,事實證明決定是正確的~如果想吃甜品可以單點。不太記得每片肉的部位,不過真的每片都好好味!超幸福!大部分cuts以簡單調味入饌,「燒兩燒」,油脂剛好,入口即融。燒菇和蕃薯好清甜~完全吃不夠。以海膽和牛飯和友人的生日雪糕作結,非常滿足。PS1 員工的服務「冇得彈」。PS2 如果不太喜歡生牛肉口感、味道,記得提早告訴職員,讓他幫你換其他品項,或者燒熟一點。

Central branch has better service than the Sheungwan branch as they will help you grill the wagyu. You have to do it by yourself at Sheungwan. The set is of good value as they provide a lot of wagyu cuts and all we’re of high quality. Their seasonings and condiments were nice too. Overall a pleasant experience

我哋一行四人book左6:00第一round, 兩名友人準時攞位,我和女友則6:05到達。四位人齊後,外籍服務員則開始介紹menu,大約6:15分下單開始是日晚餐,我們叫咗9 courses menu,打算到晚餐中段才點其他單點肉品。因為我女友不喜歡辛口味調味,所以特別叮囑外籍服務員要走洋蔥、青蔥和蒜頭。可能我地英文比較差,所以外籍服務員找來了餐廳經理再一次用廣東話對我們確認。我絕對相信我哋被以為係「神秘顧客」,所以餐廳的服務對我們非常熱情,差不多全餐廳的服務員(一共大約6位)來到我們這邊來燒肉。服務員A 一共來了3次左右,對燒牛的時間非常執著,她會像拍子機般,一邊燒肉,一邊數拍子,1-2-3-4,1-2-3-4,全部數出聲,好似想我哋一齊Jam咁,投入忘我境界。服務員B來了2次,絕對明白疫情嚴重,所有食品應該要全熟先安全,避免病從口入。服務員C最叻女,亦都係全晚signature嘅一道牛肉井,呢道正常海膽牛肉井會有蒜片和青蔥,明明已經提醒佢女友嘅特別要求,佢竟然把沒有放蒜片的那一份上放青蔥。我立時凸了眼,佢仲一臉無邪咁問我有什麼問題?整晚的服務員全都不知道或忘記我女友的特別要求,即代

總括來說,食物質素比呢間好嘅大把,呢間亦無任何驚艷,發誓以後唔去。

Look at the yolk and perfect marbling of the beef😚😍😍!!! Yakiniku Great is really such a great place with casual dining setting, pls visit if you are looking for good quality wagyu at a decent price! It is the first time for me to try wagyu omakase, which I can taste different rare part of A5 wagyu in one go. The waiter service was super polite and patient, they explained the instruction of grilling different beef slices whenever they served us a new dish. Every meat comes with their unique sauce

Look at the yolk and perfect marbling of the beef😚😍😍!!! Yakiniku Great is really such a great place with casual dining setting, pls visit if you are looking for good quality wagyu at a decent price! It is the first time for me to try wagyu omakase, which I can taste different rare part of A5 wagyu in one go. The waiter service was super polite and patient, they explained the instruction of grilling different beef slices whenever they served us a new dish. Every meat comes with their unique sauce. Make sure you have reservation in advance before you visit this wagyu heaven😙

冇平時嘅和牛漢堡咁多肥肉,唔會咬落去即刻成口油😇😇,口感唔錯,濃味醬汁加蛋,濃而不膩🥰

煎帶子配他他sauce,再加埋魚子,口感同味道都非常好

前菜過後,侍應奉上第一碟燒肉,有厚切及薄切,全是霜降牛肉,也是牛前腿上面。燒法是先用旁邊的方塊牛油塗在鐵板上,薄片大概燒6、7秒,她會用手拿著鉗上下擺動計時,很精準。而厚切是幾分鐘,她會按計時器。

無論厚薄,這兩款牛肉都是入口即融,柔軟多汁,可以品嘗到濃濃嘅牛肉香味,好味到只會嫌少。😋😋😋

第三及第四道菜係有燒汁的燒肉,用咗2款唔同的部位,分別係Misuji 同Daisankaku。燒過嘅Misuji
肉片入口即融,淡淡肉味同油脂香蔓延口腔之中,加咗以蘋果汁做嘅醃汁,又多一重鮮甜味道。


而Daisankaku雖然係赤身肉(看圖可見較赤身),但佢帶有適度油花,濕潤多汁,食落同Misuji相似,但肉味更濃郁,更有嚼口。呢兩款加了醃汁的肉有香濃肉味、油香同果味嘅香甜相互混合,感覺新鮮可口,簡直食到唔停得口。😍😍😍

跟住落嚟就到厚厚嘅近肚腩位置,錯看以為是豬腩肉。因佢同大冬菇一齊食,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,油脂勁香,雖然套餐食到一半,感覺有少少飽飽地,仍很好味。加上有冬菇吸收了肉汁,又香又彈牙又清新,絕配。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

之後的漢堡,面上灑滿芝麻,燒時已聞到獨有香味。燒得差唔多,侍者會用蛋加醬汁放上面,賣相吸引。這片漢堡扒食落一點也不油膩,同樣嫩滑及充滿牛肉香。😋😋😋

之後是薄切霜降牛肉,是前臂上面後方的Tougarashi部位,侍應會先燒這片肉幾秒,然後放入木魚湯俾我哋一齊食用。這片肉較彈牙,好滑嫩及同樣充滿牛肉香,加咗木魚湯會中和少少肥膩感。食完肉後再飲用帶有牛肉汁嘅木魚湯,又是另一層次享受和牛的美味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

最後一道菜是和牛海膽飯,海膽十分之新鮮,加埋燒好的和牛,簡直是筆墨難以形容的味美。新鮮的海膽帶有濃濃的鮮甜味,拌勻飯及和牛,更多咗一層海鮮油香,超級好味。😍😍😍

雖然食了八道菜,但意猶未盡,完全唔想停口。我很配服廚師用唔同嘅烹調方法泡製,令顧客可以全方位享受美味的和牛。
