去到全晚最尾一款和牛,肉味最重亦都係油脂感最重。同行友人都鍾意食DAISANKAKU大三角,不過最後呢一款就係我嘅最愛!因為佢食落真係成啖脂肪咁,正所謂唔肥不如唔好食😹 連埋生蛋黃同飯一齊食,油膩感真係最重。

雖然份量唔算好多,但食既過程同店員交流學下野,慢慢食其實都好飽,而店員仲教我地平時燒肉可以留意下佢啲煙,如果出白煙就可以反另一邊嫁啦,好有用🤣🤣🤣

基本上佢哋有三個套餐,價錢為HK$580, HK$980& HK$1180,可以按照自己嘅喜好/ 食量嚟揀,當然你亦可以喺menu揀。我同老公就分別揀咗980同1180 set,再加多兩隻生蠔。話明係Oamakase, 所以就算你下一次揀返同一個套餐都未必係同一個部位嘅牛肉,每次去都會有啲驚喜😉👍🏻

朋友推介話超級好味,當然要試試。我們兩人選了Omakase Kiwami “極”, 侍應推介時已很詳細和專業,拿著一副牛的圖,彷彿上生物堂。此店是用鹿兒島A5和牛,每道菜是用牛的不同部位,用不同的烹調方法和配料,帶出不同部位的美味。這個set是包括八個不同部位,再加蕃薯和冬菇。燒牛肉全程由侍應在人客面前燒,我們只要欣賞和吃便可。第一道菜是紫菜卷,上面是甜蝦,中間有生牛肉他他,下面有壽司飯,從小膠管唧出豉油,用紫菜包著吃。第一片是yakisashi (Misuji 上面),侍應拿著箝,像指揮打拍子般數七下便燒好,配麵豉小方塊和鮮磨wasabi,肉很柔軟,好味😋然後是fillet, 位置是西冷旁,比較厚身和有咬口。Misuji (前腿肉)脂肪很多,燒時火光熊熊,烤好後,沾芝麻油吃。吃完Misuji , 上一個水玄餅,餅上有黃豆粉,清清味蕾。跟著是烤蕃薯,配一小片牛油,又香又甜,作為間場是必須,因不可以不停吃肉。接著是大三角(Misuji旁),也是薄燒。然後是烤冬菇,烤時噴上清酒,要烤四分鐘。接著有Tsukuba丸,配苦白菜和少許麵豉。然後是大三角和Misuji之間的肉,醃製三天,肉味更濃。
