To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

梅子荔芋鴨懷舊味十足

最近朋友飯聚，去食特色鑊氣小炒的喜滿樓，竟然有得食梅子鴨，以前我外婆成日煮梅子鴨加芋頭，煮得好好食，自從外婆過身後也未食過。這裡的梅子鴨，梅子汁調味恰到適中，加上鴨味夠濃，芋頭夠粉，加起來就回味無窮。雖然鴨肉底不夠咸，點起梅子汁就夠味了，真的有懷舊風情。京都一字骨也是開胃醒神，夠鑊氣，酸甜味適中。還叫了一個時菜，6個人食超級飽。這裏的價錢算便宜，小菜都大大碟，一大班人想要熱鬧吃飯最適合。最後還叫了水煮東星斑，雖然有點辣，勝在夠惹味，味道頗正宗，可惜薯粉有點硬。
