To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚同屋企人去食飯,本身六點幾去到冇人可以即時入座。但七點開始就陸續好多人,要攞飛等位。我地五個人叫左香芋海鮮飯,呢個好驚喜,估唔到會咁香,好好味,而好都幾大份咁。又叫左個小籠包,入面好多湯汁,好濃郁。又叫多個生煎包,好食嘅,但感覺冇咩特別。鹹蛋黃炸蝦球,好正好酥脆,但都有d油膩,同埋大概每人食得一舊有d少。再叫左個松子魚,酸酸甜甜好開胃,而且兩者味道平衡得幾好!重頭戲就係片皮鴨啦!我地左全隻真係好多,每人都食左6,7件到,好好味!五個人都食到好飽好滿足,有機會一定會再去食!
