To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常揸車經過容記小菜王,大大個招牌,印象深刻,約咗人係鄰近,佢話哩間菜色唔錯,於是乎上去睇下咩料。叫咗一個螺頭雞腳豬肉燉湯,一個招牌雞蛋焗魚腸,燒腩仔同薯仔和牛粒。一向唔多好焗魚腸,全因細細個屋企人煮哩道菜煮得非常腥,但今次哩道焗魚腸居然一d都唔腥,而且焗得啱啱好,雞蛋熟哂而且好滑,大廚掌握時間啱啱好,一讚。燒腩仔皮脆有肉汁,但最特別係皮薄,所以口感特別脆。原本都無諗住叫飯落肚,但見到薯仔和牛粒噤好送飯,不得不叫一碗,和牛肉汁充足,送飯一流,味道適中,唔會太甜同太咸。望上去以為螺頭湯平平無奇,但入口清甜唔肥膩,雞腳嘅骨燉到脆哂口,最後成鍋飲哂,因為實在太好味。每次想盛碗湯黎飲,服務員即刻過黎幫我地裝,服務態度不知好過幾多餐廳,哩點不得不俾個 like。望一望,𠵱!原來有間VIP房喎,下次聚會又多處好餐廳選擇。
