To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為香港嘅消費者，應該係去支持本地經濟， 搞好香港夜繽紛 。但好不幸，今次消費就有不愉快嘅經驗。 星期六飲早茶 ，我並不知道石門彩福皇宴喺繁忙時間係限時 進食，但都唔緊要，好好解釋就ok的。但係喺同佢哋部長 溝談過程中，感覺到佢哋態度非常之差。賴去解釋，淨係用一啲 ：你唔鍾意就唔好嚟幫襯嘅態度去回應。fine， 我對石門彩福皇宴 的服務無話可說，就由 消費者自己去評論好了。
