今日勞動節8時許,一家三人到該酒樓飲早茶。取位時,派位亞姐話大堂無位,要入房。以前我也曾有經歷,入房後難以找到職工加水或点歺而加以拒絕。因我見大堂仍有10多張空檯便要求開放大堂內之檯給我,但被亞姐拒絕,謂要留給6一8位之客人,如我要大堂坐位,要等很耐。其實當時很早,相信客人不多,她仍叫我到大堂看看是否有位。她這樣不識通變,態度十分差勁。今日今時這樣的服務行業,真是要切實檢討改善。

我們校友會60週年校慶晚宴就在這裡舉行。昨晚宴開宴開65席,這個數目相信不是一般的酒樓都能接的大宴會。節目MC是TVB合約藝人梁敏巧,她也是我們的校友,因此今晚我們可以邊慶祝校慶,邊品嚐美食,也邊看年輕美女。我發現這個酒樓的食評很不錯,好食評已經多我一個也不多了,但我還是特別要寫一寫,目的不單是這裡的美味佳餚,而是要表揚一個年輕的男服務員。他姓黎,大概才20多一點,負責我們第79桌。黎服務員對我們要求有求必應,用心上菜和收拾桌面,一點都不會比5星級酒店的服務(反過來說,很多5星級的大型宴會都是請臨時員工,服務真的讓人嘔血)。這種服務就是我們香港失去已久的回憶,在這裡我祝福他有個美好前途,加油黎同學!

平時我哋一般都會星期日嚟呢間飲茶,因為附近真係冇咩選擇,食物質素ok,不過平時啲服務都係非常之差,成到成枱嘢都冇人執枱。 每次有服務需要叫人幫手,啲阿姐都係當睇你唔到,而且平時訂枱,個知客成日都 mark漏,搞到明明有打電話去訂,去到就話你冇訂枱,呢種情況已經發生過最少兩次。今日大年初二,我哋一家9點嚟飲茶,諗住開開心心飲過新年茶,點知畀呢度啲服務員嚇親。我哋非常明白農曆新年飲茶,如果你個服務係好,派利是真係冇所謂,今朝一早目測有10個服務員,但成個場約十幾張枱有客, 因為啲服務員根本冇嘢做 ,竟然成班10幾個人咁過嚟逗利是,之後有一個新嘅客入到嚟,十幾個服務員 又衝上去嗰張枱恭喜發財逗利是,呢一個場景真係好失禮,可能酒樓冇諗過大年初二9點都咁少客,啲服務員又唔黎斟茶,現場竟然冇一個管理人去控制呢個場面,我私底下聽到啲客議論呢件事,其實作為服務性行業,真係有返自己嘅操守,咁大個品牌都咁丟架。

大年初一嚟到石門彩福飲茶,我唔明點解要開過年音樂嘈到不得知了,人已經好多嘈雜聲音,全場已經好嘈,侍應講嘢聽唔到,自己同台講嘢都聽唔到,唔明點解一定要開咁大聲音樂呢?叫佢關細啲,轉枱都冇用,全間酒樓全部都係喇叭,嘈到不得之了,簡直係精神虐待,噪音污染
