Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人和朋友在12/7中午時入座,進食途中,因為需要用匙𡙡來分糯米雞,所以我想叫侍應拿給我。過了很久都沒人理會我,我朋友就說:自己拿吧!於是我起身,走去取了一套餐具(包括:茶杯、碗、匙𡙡),其實我就是免得開他們的櫃,(因為一早已聽聞這間一向態度惡劣),而一套套的餐具亦放好在櫃上面,我就是心想:拿整套好過只拿走一隻匙𡙡。當我行回去座位時,一位短髮阿姐即時呼喝我,並同一時間從我手上搶走整套餐具,說:你做乜野呀,羅咩呀!我簡直整個人發呆,完全來不及反應,並非常憤怒!我朋友說:想羅隻匙𡙡。阿姐說:要匙羮又羅哂我成套野。洗碗人工三萬蚊呀,做呢d萬零蚊炸。。。。下策好多廢話講。我只想說:咁既服務態度,擺明趕香港客。唔該d所謂高層了解下,檢討下。呢間分店遲早執。
