Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然食物味道ok,但等位出現很大問題,服務態度極差。事源我lunch time一早黎等位,拎4個位,比較高級既一位呀姐(不需著綠色制服的)要求過半數才入座,這時都表示明白,但當夠半數時,即兩位,呀姐又要求要黎多一人才入座,叫我地遲d先再黎,之後佢再要求要齊人才可入座,令人廢解佢搬龍門。 當我們話咁拎3位,黑面的呀姐話一陣唔可以加位,若黎多左個一名一定會安排分開坐,佢既服務態度極惡劣,希望添好運能再培訓該職員,這才能好領導其他員工。
