To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午跟朋友到逸龍軒午𧬆,約在12:45下單叫了四款點心和一客燸米飯,1:00 左右送來其中兩款點心,之後等到1:20 也再沒有其他食物提供。請經理更進,他卻回覆我們枱號沒有任何點歺記錄。之後經理関心嘅竟然唔係漏單嘅食物,而係我哋已進食嘅點心,話要更進番張單。經理嘅回應好似是生怕我哋會小付賬單咁。之後經理話入廚房睇下有冇已弄好嘅點心可以先供應我哋,但等到1:30 亦再無任何更進,最後只好埋單走人。我想講經理全程無講過一句對唔住或者唔好意思,真係想像唔到去酒店用歺會遇上咁差嘅服務。
