To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務完全唔掂。我地兩個人，所以分到走廊既2人卡位。人流就多，但服務就少。我地叫0左個鴨湯（好明顯系片皮鴨淨落來既頭頭尾尾用來煮湯），湯裏面有點菜，味道唔錯。另外叫左只風沙雞，男朋友話唔錯，但我就中意朗豪坊果間滬菜餐廳既風沙雞，那邊煮得脆皮一點。食物都有水準，但服務就真系唔得。個湯有幾多我地真系唔知道，因為服務員響老遠莊卑我地，飲灑後亦無羅個吉湯碗來卑我地看看。另外，我地叫左好幾次至有服務員幫我地refill 0的湯呢。有個服務員仲離譜，明明見到我舉手，都當看唔到，轉身走去第二邊。個碟放滿灑雞骨鴨骨，都無服務員來換碟。而且服務生個個口黑面黑，真系收得0甘既價錢，我唔expect 0的服務系0甘差。以後唔會再幫親。我個碗好烏joe，0的"織"乾灑，所以清潔度1分。
