To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 奶奶經常話想食返當年老北京菜嘅味道,所以就帶咗佢去尖沙咀嘅北京樓回味下當年情懷滋味。「嚐當年手工菜」 粵菜系列,傳承匠人手藝,菜式講究手工精緻,工序繁複,識得做嘅已經買少見少,趁機會嚐一下消失嘅味道。老北京家常黃魚黃魚外皮金黃香脆,魚肉嫩滑,醬汁用面醬、冬菇、肉片同粉絲煮成,味道鮮香濃郁,正宗老北京風味。京城香糟鳳尾蝦鳳尾蝦選用越南虎蝦,蝦肉爽口彈牙,用了秘製酒糟醃製,散發陣陣酒香,賣相精緻,不愧係京蘇四大名菜之一。韭菜婁韭菜婁即叫即蒸,內餡係用咗新鮮韭菜同埋蝦米,濃濃韭菜香中帶陣陣咸香嘅味道,每一口都係山東古早味。燻雞京式經典冷盤,雞肉用咗茉莉花茶燻製,肉質軟嫩,淡淡茶香,蘸上特調醬汁,味道層次更豐富。

有外國客人嚟香港,佢最鍾意食中國菜,朋友話選址北京樓就一定啱胃口,而我都係第一次嚟呢度。5位女士order左苿莉花茶煙素鵝,清新可口。烤北京填鴨半隻,胡同酸辣湯,酸辣適中。炸蟹鉗,大大隻。 蟲草花炒小豆苗,炸銀絲卷,鍋貼同生煎飽,肉汁口感都豐富,高力香蕉略嫌餡料太少。整體食物水準同服務都算中上,係請客既選擇。

新年流流想帶屋企人食好少少嘅中菜?北京路就係好選擇~曾經拎過米芝蓮一星,而且又有好多分店,啱晒帶埋屋企兩老一齊去食🤤—————————————-揚州龍青瓜 $108一上枱個樣幾壯觀,影完相之後店員會幫我地切開一份份,如果唔係佢係成條龍咁連住嘅,食落就有係重重嘅麻醬味撈青瓜杏仁芝麻蝦桃仁 $198算係有驚喜嘅一道菜,滿滿嘅杏仁片黐喺蝦膠上邊,再加上煎過嘅外層,每一層嘅口感都唔同,蝦膠同杏仁都幾都幾好食,底部仲有一層煎過嘅麵包皮,呢一層食落油膩感好重~但其他部份都好食🥰越南野生筍殼魚 北京松子 $368先清蒸越南野生筍殼魚,淋上北京松子嘅醬汁,酸酸嘅味道去提鮮,魚肉本身好滑嫩~烤北京填鴨半隻 $280鴨皮金黃酥脆,唔會好肥膩,用薄餅卷包埋黃瓜青瓜同大蔥嚟食,啱啱好🥰高力香蕉 $84傳統香港小食,包左香蕉糖紅豆嘅內餡,上菜時熱辣辣好好食~食落都唔會太甜
