1. 鮮天麻皺皮椒醬炒蝦球
最吸引我嘅係「鮮天麻皺皮椒醬炒蝦球」。雲南嘅鮮天麻一向有益健康,昔日是獻給乾隆皇帝的貢品。具有止頭痛,健腦、明目,降血糖作用,加上獨特的皺皮椒,微辣同時帶點清香,配搭鮮蝦球,食落去真係有層次,一啖辣一啖鮮,非常醒胃。師傅用左自家京式醬汁,更加突出咗兩地精髓。

2. 玫瑰蜜汁宣威火方
呢道菜用咗被譽為中國三大名火腿之一嘅宣威火腿,香而不膩。火腿配合玫瑰蜜汁煮成,鹹中帶甜,咬落去油香四溢,食完仲有陣陣玫瑰花香,非常特別。

3. 油雞樅菌拌鮮鮑魚
冷盤方面,鮮天麻從雲南引入,加鮑魚同雞樅菌一齊食,味道層次豐富,菌香突出,口感爽脆兼柔嫩,幾有驚喜。

4. 雲南酸湯湖濱珍珠
靈感來自雲南酸辣湯,除咗豆腐同鮮蝦,仲加入咗啲雞頭米(又名芡實,常用藥材之一,有補中益氣的功效), 軟糯帶嚼勁,食落酸辣開胃,好適合夏天。

5. 酥皮鮮花餅
最後必試甜品「酥皮鮮花餅」,雲南最具特色的甜品, 選用雲南高原玫瑰花醬,再加少少檸檬汁提升層次,入口酸酸甜甜,仲有微鹹香。花醬濃郁,每一啖都散發幸福滋味。

整體用餐感受

成個用餐體驗都好似帶我返到雲南一樣,無論係食材選用,定還原地道味道,都感受到主廚團隊嘅用心。環境、擺盤都突出咗雲南風情,無論同家人定朋友嚟都好開心。令我諗返起以前喺大陸周圍食地道小菜、大家圍埋分享故事嘅感覺。宜家喺香港都可以食到咁正宗嘅雲南菜,真係幸福。

每蓬大節日我都有可能選擇星光行北京樓。
原因:
1)其實有啲貴,只可大節日食
2)如果識得揀,星光行北京嘅菜式味道絕對見得人有餘! 當然一山比一山高,亦食過比佢更好嘅。整體而言,都係幾出色!
3)北京樓好幾間分店!每間質素有落差。呢間幾好。

A)麻醬雞絲撈起:麻醬有誠意。味道不只有麻醬,花生醬。好惹味!

B)北京醬前蹄:其實就係鎭江肴肉。顏色比較深。一見到佢,以為可能有啲伏。但食落口,超哂班!重點唔止味道好,仲要係肥肉偏少。唔會好似有啲餐廳成層肥膏!而且汁醬唔係只係醋味。仲有醬油,芫茜,蔥。如果有去過江浙一帶,佢哋幾鍾意啲醮汁用醋加醬油

D) 北京填鴨:唔個我唔敢評,因為我好少食。今次佢係幾好食。甜麵醬惹味,摩摩皮都幾薄,同埋今次佢俾皮份量幾好。
未裝修前北京樓,我都食過佢嘅填鴨,但唔係太鍾意。裝修後北京樓食物水準係提昇咗。但我相信呢個填鴨係好食,但絕對有更好響market 度

E)砂窩雲吞雞:好食,但係之前仲好食。今次湯,味道有點偏淡。但都好過好多京川滬餐廳。

F) 賽螃蟹:除咗少隻窩蛋,佢都煮得好出色。食過好幾間不同京川滬,佢係絕對出色!

G) 糖醋桂花:味道好,酸甜適中,係個shape ,如果條魚彎曲得嚟,頭尾向上,咁就perfect ! 其實更理想我唔需要shape 我prefer 去骨!咁就perfect

H)油爆帶子:呢個正正常常

I) 北京手拉麵:比之前好!有進步

J) 小籠包:唔錯!

屋企人生日去咗食北京樓原本好似係要4000幾當時做緊活動,用滙豐信用卡俾錢有折折實咗之後三千尾呢個着火嘅雞嚟到嘅時候侍應會同你講使唔使影相佢點着咗個火之後會叫你企埋佢個火雞度影相啲火都燒咗有1分鐘左右連隔籬枱嘅人睇到都嘩嘩聲等啲火熄咗之後就會叫我哋自己用個錘仔打爛隻雞打咗一兩下侍應就會幫手拆開隻雞幾分鐘之後侍應姐姐拎咗張即影即有相過嚟就係頭先叫我哋企喺隻火雞度影相嗰張😂當晚都食咗10幾樣菜雖然唔係每一樣嘢都有影相但係最記得嘅係北京填鴨真係幾好食而呢隻色着火嘅火雞就一般般不過如果係用嚟打卡嘅話咁都可以叫嚟食吓嘅餐廳入面類似海底撈咁會有師傅親自整麵粉坐近玻璃嘅話,仲會直接睇到維港夜景不過價錢真係好貴試一次就夠啦真係

當時做緊活動,用滙豐信用卡俾錢有折

今晚一坐低,茶水menu咩都冇。好好態度問個女經理拿,她態度都已經好差,後來食飯見到隔離台底有只老鼠,告知佢哋,後來一位男經理過來解釋。男經理就有禮貌好多。下次都唔會再來尼間,個女經理態度真系好差,仲要有老鼠. The service at this location wasn’t great at all especially the female manager, she was very rude. And we saw a mouse underneath the table next to us while we were having our dinner tonight. Really disappointed.
