新開的潮州菜館以傳統潮菜作賣點,細心看看,餐牌上除了見慣的潮州菜式外,的確有些陌生名字,例如紅炆鳥耳鰻、玉枕白菜、 朥粕春菜煲、芝麻落湯錢等頗吸引。亦不乏矜貴菜式,三年以上老鵝頭承惠$1680,真是吃過方知有幾好。生醃系列亦比較少人做,生醃膏蟹賣相非常美味,三款之中只有魚露浸花甲無需預訂,今日可以吃到。最後決定今日食呢啲:招牌菜膽火腿翅 $268湯清味醇厚,翅足料,紹菜燉至極軟嫩,飽吸高湯,加些芫茜提味更香,整體滿意。魚露浸花甲 $188魚露與川椒混合的味道出奇的討好,魚露本身沒有過鹹,輕輕透出川椒香,喜歡這特別味道。筍乾炆鴨肉 $158炆至火喉十足,鴨肉鬆軟入味,鴨皮入口即化,非常滋味,筍乾原來亦幾好吃。薯仔炆牛筋 $168牛筋保持些嚼勁亦好,骨膠原豐富,薯仔已經半化,原來炆至此程度甚入味,調味出色。礦泉水白粥 $30平衡肉膩,配碗老火白粥合拍,胃納稱心滿意;想不到,這麼大碗,兩人分吃真夠飽。中式飯店傳統佈置,光猛清潔。有三間私人房,兩間細房門前有對聯,可以打通。據說老闆是潮州人,趕在過年前開了這間潮州飯店,座落名店聚集的灣仔,首次光顧,評價唔錯,平實中有點不一樣。
