To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去食海鮮,都考慮過西貢或鯉魚門,不過最後都係來了南丫島,貪佢有得行下又有得坐遊艇,加上日本人好少可見倒四面環海的海島,所以就來了。兩個人不能叫得太多,見係墨魚季節就叫了灼吊桶,有大隻瀨尿蝦就點了椒鹽瀨尿蝦,再加個咕嚕肉係咁多。吊桶鮮甜,日本妹竟然說可以生吃更好;瀨尿蝦亦多膏,但炸得乾左少少;反而咕嚕肉係我最喜歡吃的菜色,估唔到海鮮店可以整倒正的咕嚕肉,聽講仲係得過獎的。飲埋啤酒埋單兩百多,日本妹都食得好開心。
