To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一間可以回頭既滑蛋叉燒飯($54) 特登黎到灣仔就係為咗食呢個招牌日本滑蛋叉燒飯 中午去食就留意啦,人龍都幾長,要排一陣隊先入到去坐低先講個重點-滑蛋,據說係日本既雞蛋,煮岀黎鮮黃色已經好吸引,又真係幾重蛋香,蛋杲都好濃郁。煮得剛剛好,大約6成熟既蛋,好滑又唔會老,上面既甜豉油,反而更突岀蛋味,撈飯仲冇得頂!而叉燒呢肥瘦適中 唔肥又唔乾,都食到有叉燒味既整體係不錯,會再去食過。雖然常餐睇落都好吸引,但覺得都係會俾佢啲滑蛋吸引咗
