To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 全港數間北京樓要數這間是最好吃的,價錢也是最貴的,特別是片皮鴨,尖東o個間賣二百幾,呢間要賣三百幾,但確實是好吃點,因為她的鴨是由天津直接進口的,所以較大隻亦較好吃。而久不又有一些特別的瓜菜進口,上次吃(由四川來的名字不知會否記錯了,因餐牌無的)翠肉瓜炒蝦仁,瓜肉清甜,蝦仁爽口彈牙又鮮味,真想不到雖然用雪藏蝦仁但仍能做出如此鮮味的佳餚,大廚功架可見一斑﹗這兒有很多日本遊客及外國人慕名來光顧,因此服務亦非常好,據聞這裡新裝修時用了二千多萬,真重本呀!加上尖東海景及鐘樓景,吃得非常舒服及豪華呀!所以我只會光顧這一間的﹗
