To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即使近來疫情嚴峻,也無阻我和閨蜜來到金鐘太古廣場逛逛街行行名店。因為閨蜜是點心的愛好者,中午午飯時分,我們來到位於在廣場一樓的型格點心專門店吃過午膳。餐廳環境裝潢以型格黑色作主題,並以鳥籠作點綴。店內牆滿是上牡丹花和孔雀。左邊是一個小型酒吧,擺滿了以金色鳥籠的高櫈子。黑色型格中帶點富麗堂皇,原來這間餐廳是 Aqua 集團旗下的中菜點心餐廳。Pu'er Sour這杯雞尾酒的主要成分包括普洱茶、Johnnie Walker Black Label 威士忌、意大利香醋、蛋白和檸檬汁。深黑色的雞尾酒中間放置了一片焦燶的檸檬片作點綴,與餐廳的中西合璧黑色主題完全配合。味道醇厚強烈,醋酸中帶點檸檬果酸,再配上普洱茶的醇厚茶香和黑牌威士忌的獨特濃烈的醇香。海膽蟹肉春捲春捲放上了鮮橙的的海膽,春捲外酥內嫩,海膽口感綿密,味道濃郁四溢。美中不足是春捲內裏蟹肉不多,而且蟹肉本身味道清淡,被海膽味掩蓋。鵝肝糖心蛋鮮橙晶瑩剔透的蟹籽散佈在深啡的鵝肝上作點綴。鵝肝厚身肥美,外層香煎香脆,內裏全熟,口感相對結實,鵝肝味清淡。糖心蛋尚算流心,口感煙韌廷身,蛋味清淡遜色。黑松露蝦餃蝦餃色澤灰沈,外皮上輕輕散佈了零落粉

蝦餃色澤灰沈,外皮上輕輕散佈了零落粉塵的黑點,估計應該是黑松露。外皮厚身煙韌,味道並無黑松露。蝦餃內裏饀料爽口彈牙,蝦味清淡但無黑松露味。

黑蒜燒賣
鮮橙晶瑩剔的蟹籽放在燒賣上,分別以黃皮及綠皮包裹。燒賣外皮軟嫩,嚼勁煙韌,味道豬肉冬菇味豐富,但是並無濃濃的黑蒜味。

蔥香雞肉濃湯拉麵
湯底色澤深黃,看似濃郁味豐。但實質黏度頗低,並無半絲雞湯味。雞肉肉質乾身煙口,口感有如湯渣似的,當然毫無雞味。麵底則用上中式上海白麵底,口感鬆軟綿淋。

蝦球炆伊麵
鮮橙色估計是龍蝦湯,黏度甚高,但味道甜酸尚算適中。伊麵口感鬆軟。蝦球煙韌爽彈,蝦味尚算恰到好處。

總體而言,環境裝潢設計新穎。菜式賣相創創新,但味道實在很有進步空間,頗令人失望。唯獨雞尾酒味道出眾,創意十足。
