To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是每月一餐的時候,4人今次食添好運,記得N年前去過旺角的總店食,當時因為米芝蓮而慕名而來,而加已經開了不少分店。星期五的晚上好多人,等了半小時先有位。鮮蝦燒賣皇,$26,好大粒燒賣,味道正常水準。晶瑩鮮蝦餃,$26,不俗呀。香滑馬拉糕,$15,甜味有點怪,味道麻麻地。酥皮叉燒包,$19,招牌之一,外層香甜,少許鬆化,入面好多叉燒餡,幾好味呀。煎釀虎皮尖椒,$20,好似煎釀三寶其中之一,少許辣的。黃沙豬潤腸,$20,好少地方有豬潤腸,入面好多豬潤,都不俗呀。賽螃蟹春卷,$24,好香脆,但餡料不多。鮑汁鳳爪,$28,鳳爪比較林,味道較淡,都係豉汁好食點呀。排骨飯,$27,味道正常水準。整體水準普通。
