To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經來過3次啦,晚餐較貴,午餐很抵食,而且精緻又好味!今天叫了一個三杯雞餐,一個濃湯牛肉麵,一個炒水蓮菜。三杯雞很大份,味道濃淡適中,配菜是浸了醋的小蕃茄、蕃薯和黑木耳,都是健康菜,酸酸甜甜很開胃。牛肉麵的牛肉很嫰,但湯底和麵較淡味,也不夠熱,這個算一般。水蓮是綠色一條條的好像從未吃過,清炒味道不錯。飲品也很多選擇,我叫了冬瓜檸檬,又酸又甜,朋友說很酸但正合我意,就是喜歡酸!
