To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食麥皮蝦的小妹覺得很特別,入口先帶來麥皮的香甜,食落去係香口的,但略嫌蝦殼炸得未夠鬆脆,咬落某些位置仍是硬身和有點吉口,仍有改善空間,不過味道是不錯的。

據說這裡的螄蚶係泰國新鮮運來,所以可以安心品嚐嚕。

以白灼的方法來煮,還未全熟的螄蚶仍帶點血水,像小妹本身是頗怕這種血腥味的,但入口後發覺這裡的沒有預期般帶有難頂的血腥味,醮些醬汁,整個超惹味,而且螄蚶食落幼嫩,看來我會開始喜歡這食物了。

吐司上桌時size唔係好大個,但足夠二人分享。正立方體的吐司烘至金黃色,內裡搽了牛油和咖央醬。

鬆軟微熱的吐司咬落有陣陣牛油香外,也有咖央的甜味,就係覺得好好味,完全是小妹杯茶,配埋有天然芋頭香的香芋雪糕,整個更加滿足,很夾也很有驚喜,一定會再黎食。
