To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六嚮度食晚飯;話時話,冇幫襯呢間北京樓都已經有好幾年。今次再o黎,裝修明顯靚o左,門面功夫亦做多o左,睇o下入門口果陣D侍應列晒隊咁講「歡迎你」就可見一斑。我地叫o左個匯豐信用咭特價4人套餐,$600,有海蜇,素鵝,香糟鳳尾蝦,花膠瑤柱羹,北京填鴨(一大隻!),鵝掌飽片,蒸素餃同糖水。因為唔止4個人,另外仲散叫多個嫩雞煨麵,兩籠小籠包,京蔥牛肉配叉子燒餅;埋單承為$1000大元。老實講,呢度D碟頭好細,以呢個價錢,嚮鹿鳴春一定會飽好多。不過若果有外國o黎o既guest,小妹都會suggest同佢o黎呢度,原因有二:(1) 呢度serve乞兒雞會俾客人拿起個錘卜第一錘落隻雞度,侍應仲會幫客人映即映即有相片添!睇到個鬼婆玩得非常高興,似乎呢D「橋」嚮遊客心目中的確幾受落。(2) 一到8點半就有拉麵表演。至於service,當晚雖然全場爆滿,不過service依然唔錯。其實呢度D野都算好妹;烤鴨鮮嫩,個香糟鳳尾蝦亦整得非常唔錯!若果碟頭大D就當然最好啦,不過若果下次有guest都或者會考慮o黎呢度。
