To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位置方便到達，Eastcore有個停車場，管理員服務很好，姓陳的電話訂座，十分方便。餐廳空間感很好，座位不擠逼，照明充足光猛。茶位8蚊位，鐵觀音和菊花普洱。選擇了菊花普洱，有菊花香普洱亦順滑。QR code叫點心，上點心時間很快，約5分鐘今次選擇了7款點心和1款甜品1。龍餃子 特式餃子，4款也十分好食，鮮味足。2。龍燒賣 4款各有特式，十分足料，麻辣牛肉竹欠缺少少牛肉味，夠辣。3。黑金流沙包，超流沙，奶黃足，好味。4。馬拉小籠包，肉骨茶味道好足夠，比傳統小籠包多一點突破。5。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉，必試，3款醬料，超脆，特別。6。大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷，魷魚味不太突出，夠脆，偏鹹。7。拉絲菠蘿包，芝士拉絲，好味。8。豆腐布丁，樣貌與餐牌上有少少不同，缺少糖漿，賣相差少少，布丁質地滑，但吾夠香唔夠滑，預期應該好似豆腐花咁滑。價錢有點昂貴，但值得一試的精緻點心
