次次去旺角都好想食泰廚,係平價又好食嘅泰國菜。餐廳定時會提供指定菜色優惠,仲有加一蚊可以簡四款中其一,實在好抵。今次唔小心叫太多野,所以都係唔叫住。燒豬頸肉香茅味重,單單係腌料已經非常用心,見到有一絲絲嘅香茅。豬頸肉燒得側面焦香,然後點上酸辣酸辣嘅醬汁開胃又減低油膩感泰式豬手我地去個日泰式豬手做緊優惠,咁一於叫黎試下。肉滷得軟腍,入口即化。馬拉盞通菜口味偏甜,辣味不算重。泰式炒金邊粉酸度拿捏得剛好,好開胃。食到有粒粒大蝦,加上菜脯,食起來特別香。冬蔭公大頭蝦湯我第二次叫呢個湯,大頭蝦勁巨型。湯酸辣度夠,上黎個陣已經香氣撲鼻。青檸梳打原枝梳打上,確保到佢唔會額外加好多糖水咁甜。
