To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日前同女朋友慶祝紀念日，我選擇左呢間位於旺角TOP商場嘅Lab Eat Bistro。整體用餐體驗非常好，同大家推介下。餐廳位置方便，喺正地鐵站上蓋。餐廳裝修新淨，檯與檯之間唔會太窄，環境舒服。值得一讚係呢度嘅店員幾有禮貌，服務殷勤。我地當晚單點左以下嘅食物：1）法國生蠔（$69）：每隻蠔都肉質飽滿，鮮甜可口。配埋啲醬汁同來自西班牙嘅白葡萄酒（$88）一齊食非常正！2）熱熔流心芝士沙律（$238）：店員喺我地面前將法國流心芝士肉熔落去啲沙律菜度，好得意呀！啲沙律菜本身好新鮮好脆，份量都好大份！3）西班牙黑毛豬鞍（$398）：賣相非常吸引，而且香氣撲鼻。肉質鮮嫩，煎得啱啱好！4）熱情果芭菲配雜莓（$138）：賣相同樣都係好靚，而且啲芭菲唔會太甜，同埋啲新鮮雜莓一齊食好正！總結：呢度價錢食物單價雖然稍貴，但我覺得絕對值。我同女朋友都食得好開心！
