To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 揚名國際燒肉(細)呢個係米芝蓮推介嘅燒腩仔,細分嘅份量都幾多~ 外皮香脆,五花肉嘅層次明顯,肉質爽口又唔會太肥膩~ 食燒肉最怕會好鹹,呢個味道有鹹香但唔會過鹹~拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉份量都好大碟,咕嚕肉炸到好香口,肉質啱啱好唔肥膩~ 醬汁酸甜,配合青椒同菠蘿好開胃~濃湯手打魚腐浸勝瓜又係大大碟~ 勝瓜爽脆清甜,配上魚腐同爆香嘅蝦乾,清新得來又唔會太清淡~ 濃湯好鮮味,可以用來做湯飯~整體食物質素唔錯,份量充足,價錢合理~
