今日黎旺角揾個朋友,跟住為左揾個地方好好坐低傾下偈,就費事周圍搵野食,一上openrice就見到呢邊開左呢間食蒸海鮮嘅舖頭,於是就簡去左果度開飯喇。黑松露大扇貝黑松露大扇貝好香黑松露味,而且蒸出來一食到佢果陣松露味,唔需要其他任何嘅調味都已經好令人滿足。蒜蓉蒸黃金甲出黎之後入口有濃濃嘅蒜蓉味,而且好夠鮮味,不過入口有小小沙。臘味鮑魚糯米飯鮑魚入口夠彈牙,而且有口感,糯米飯又夠晒結實,唔會軟淋淋。銷魂魚魚肉入口鮮美,肉質細嫩,魚味十足,我都係第一次食蒸魚係加左薰衣草,不過食落真係比傳統嘅煮法更細嫩,而且仲有種獨特嘅香味。南瓜排骨粥(細)南瓜完全溶入左粥裡面,入口嘅時候就食得出南瓜味道都唔算太淡,而且又有雞嘅鮮味,感覺有點令人驚喜。。。

黑松露大扇貝好香黑松露味,而且蒸出來一食到佢果陣松露味,唔需要其他任何嘅調味都已經好令人滿足。

南瓜排骨粥(細)
南瓜完全溶入左粥裡面,入口嘅時候就食得出南瓜味道都唔算太淡,而且又有雞嘅鮮味,感覺有點令人驚喜。。。
