疫情之下無得去日本旅行,香港多左好多鮨店做Omakase,今日去到西環新開既鮨壽司店「鮨星」,其壽司🍣製作過程及食材處理極為講究,餐廳裝潢用上淺色做主調,好優雅,又坐得舒服。整個用餐體驗由主廚三橋薰先生處理,一入座店員已遞上熱毛巾抹抹手,熱茶仲有口罩套,非常細心。前菜:前菜有海螺、汁煮八爪魚、蠶豆,擺盤很美觀,汁煮八爪魚🐙煮到好入味,口感腍身有嚼勁。刺身:煙燻鰹魚,魚肉細膩,有彈性,油脂含量豐富,上面配上木魚花同辣根,賣相好睇又好食。壽司:師傅唔會握飯太實,食落更有口感,印象最深刻既有烏賊🦑烏賊只用岩鹽調味,更能突顯食材的鮮味,烏賊肉質彈牙,一試難忘。大拖羅基本上每間鮨店既Omakase指定item,油花較高,富天然魚油脂的甘香,入口即溶。麵豉湯:以自家製赤麵豉做湯,鹹度適中,連麵豉湯都咁講究,果然高質💯最後以日本靜岡蜜瓜做結,味道清甜而多汁,為這餐omakase畫上完美的句號😚😚😚
