今日同朋友去左銅鑼灣食飯,「鐵板燒雪舟」主打日式鐵板料理,餐廳環境舒適空間感極高,吧枱式設計可以望到師傅的熟練手藝,表演一般的午餐體驗。枱面放上招財貓的筷子擺設,好可愛啊!蝴蝶粉沙律和南瓜煮蘑菇。蝴蝶粉香嫩清新,醬汁酸甜非常開胃,南瓜先炸後煮,南瓜清甜清香,非常可口。鐵板式煮蛋,雞蛋非常香滑滑溜,雞蛋蛋味濃郁,醬汁咸香得宜。大蝦和帶子,師傅刀功熟練,大蝦煎得香口滋味,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,鮮嫩帶子厚切鮮甜,新鮮回味。美國牛柳,牛肉香嫩,煎得粉嫩,牛肉煎得軟腍。蒜蓉炒飯更是驚喜之作,米飯蒸成薄片,配上酸菜炒香。甜品是自家製的焦糖凍卷,配上熱咖啡。
