近年開左唔少石燒店,將牛肉放係石板上面燒,過癮得嚟仲可以按自己想要的熟度,燒肉時間自己控制!牛匠石燒  的牛肉🐮確實高質,今次點了兩款牛唔同部位,分別係石燒A4和牛肉眼、厚薄切牛舌Combo,兩款肉燒的時間好唔同!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻A4和牛肉眼:雪花超多,油脂分布都好平均,肉片份量都好足!放係石板燒幾秒,啲牛油極快溶化,再反咋一邊又燒幾秒,熟度大約五成,已經即可上碟食!因為和牛比較多油,食少少都會覺得好油膩,所以都加左碗白飯!果然一食入口即溶,牛味好重,肉質好鬆軟!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻厚薄切牛舌Combo:因為牛舌本來就冇咁多脂肪,燒之前先燒溶少少牛脂肪,等石板面有足夠油份慢慢煎,厚切牛舌每邊大約前30秒,就差唔多做到五成熟!至於薄切每邊燒10秒左右就可以!牛舌都唔會好硬,少少爽口都算係幾軟腍!🏮店舖環境都好舒適,位置都好闊落,裝修好有日本居酒屋feel,好似都返左日本食野咁!而防疫措施都做到好足!
