To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日,先後吃了兩次蒸氣海鮮鍋,兩間店舖都有水準,食材新鮮,海鮮味美,值得推介。第一間位於太子的「小漁港」已介紹過了,另一間位於九龍城的「蟹仙」,其實已是這店子的第二間分店,也是最新的一間,地方比我曾經去過的新蒲崗店闊落舒適,店內多幅以海鮮為主題的繪畫、照片和小擺設,也可見到店舖老闆的心思,與「小漁港」刻意營造的昔日香港情懷各有特色。 店中有多款套餐選擇,想吃得豪一點,吃到象拔蚌刺身、野生瀨尿蝦皇或野生琵琶龍蝦的話,可選價錢稍貴一點,共有10款海鮮可吃的 $398套餐,如果想經濟一點,$298,有9款海鮮可吃的套餐已經足以大快朵頤。而當然,想真的豪一豪,吃多點貴價海鮮和其他食物的話,也可以點$498以至$698一位的海鮮餐。我不是豪客,所以只是點了兩個 $298套餐與太太一人一個,一起享用,已經吃得十分稱心滿意。 「泰國海中蝦」每位兩隻,大大隻的海中蝦,肉質結實,肉味爽甜,十分新鮮。 「越南貴妃蚌」、「紐西蘭青口」與「翡翠九孔鮑」一併蒸好,三款海鮮都蒸得火候恰可,肉味鮮甜,當中最愛,首推肉質爽彈,彈力十足,又夠鮮味的九孔鮑。 「日本大元貝」也不錯,肉厚多汁。「深海龍躉片」較失色

深海龍躉片」較失色,也許是龍躉片不太厚身吧,特別容易蒸得老,肉不夠滑,只是一般。

兩大主角最後才出場,蒸熟後的「澳洲青年龍蝦」肉色雪白吸引,肉質緊緻可口,而且還有少許蝦膏,味美可喜。

店名「蟹仙」,蟹果真新鮮,這套餐壓軸出場的海鮮可在「越南頂角膏蟹」或「罕有大黃奄蟹」任擇其一,我吃的是「罕有大黃奄蟹」,膏多肉甜,橙色的硬膏與黃褐色的軟膏兼備,愛吃蟹膏的話一定樂在其中。

吃過海鮮,還有「有機蔬菜籃」和「南瓜排骨粥 」和老闆娘慷慨奉送的甜品椰汁官燕燉雪燕」,各款有機蔬菜,全部清甜可喜,「南瓜排骨粥」雖稍稀,吸收了海鮮精華之後,仍然好味,「椰汁官燕燉雪燕」甜而不膩,也很不錯。

前次與友人光顧「蟹仙」的新蒲崗店,也許因為店內客人極多,坐得較為逼狹,海鮮質素也有點參差,部分頗好,部分卻只一般。這次與太太來到這九龍城分店吃蒸氣海鮮鍋,也許因為我們來得早,才下午五時多,店舖剛開始晚市營業,各方面都比上次好,海鮮全都質素極佳,坐得也舒服,服務也較到位,讓我吃得甚為愜意呢!
