To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友餐聚也不一定只去吃放題或火鍋,今次就帶了好友來同九龍城的蟹仙,是吃蒸海鮮的,十分特别。價錢也吃合理,我們吃的是 $298/蚊 九款食物餐,有些更可以要二款讓大家 share。首先店員會把生米、豬骨、南瓜放在鍋底,然後便開始煲。上面就開始蒸海鮮了,真的很期待呢!旁邊有個計時器,店員會教導你吃什麼海鮮就按多少分鍾,保證海鮮不會過生或過熟。第一樣就是海蝦,店員強調了幾次請種生非養值的,令蝦肉質感更有彈性。然後便是深海龍躉片和紐世蘭大聖子。龍躉片厚肉鮮甜,而大聖子也岀奇彈牙,實在太美味,如果份量能有多一些便好了。鮑魚的賣相已經很吸引,大大隻,也很彈牙,跟酒樓的鮑魚根本不能比較。紐西蘭青口和越南貴妃蚌十分多汁,連日本大元貝也很岀色,而餘下的汁就當然會倒進粥底裡加添鮮味。澳洲青年龍蝦嘢生蝦主角登場了,就是罕有大黃奄蟹!據店員描述,老闆是香港的海鮮入口商,經營青蟹批發已經30年經驗,每天也會直接空運到店鋪,親自挑選最優秀的青蟹到餐廳,野生越南頂角膏蟹及黃奄蟹隻隻爆膏也是必吃之選。蟹膏真的多到誇張!最後吃蔬菜,有娃娃菜、南瓜和粟米。便到煲了很久的豬骨南瓜粥了,吸收了所有海鮮的精華,鮮味濃郁,正~
