身邊有一班酒鬼,佢就帶我去飲番杯。我本身仲以為淨係飲嘢咁悶,原來係出名食生蠔西餐嘅「The Oyster House」。生蠔正所謂小朋友先會,大人梗係要哂。總共有四款生蠔可以試,美國Pacific、日本武士Samurai、西非 Namibia和法國水中花。我自己就最鍾意法國嘅生蠔,口感會爽口好多又鮮甜。蟹肉牛油果醬塔雪白又鮮甜嘅蟹肉原來同幼滑嘅牛油果係咁夾,感覺鮮甜又清新。西班牙黑豚火腿焗釀蘑菇蘑菇經過焗製之後會逼出水份,然後製成嘅湯汁同鹹香嘅火腿所融合,會有菌香同埋鹹味又有層次。蠔屋蟹餅見到炸到金黃色嘅其實就係蟹餅,切開就會見到雪白嘅蟹肉,感受到外脆內軟嘅鮮甜味道。蒜片辣椒煮維珍尼亞蜆扁意粉首先會用蒜片同埋辣椒爆香,然後就加入完全冇沙嘅維珍尼亞蜆,連意粉都吸收晒蒜片嘅味道,好邪惡啊。炭燒加拿大豬鞍簡直係超巨型嘅豬鞍,炭燒更能夠令到豬肉表面產生焦香,同時亦都可以鎖住內層嘅肉質,最重要都係口感好軟腍。The Oyster House (灣仔)灣仔皇后大道東202號QRE Plaza 25樓
