To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蟹仙主打海鮮直銷，來貨新鮮而且性價比高。是次職員推薦下，點了尊貴海鮮套餐，果然選材新鮮，非常飽足。入座後，職員即刻介紹餐牌，安排落單及蒸冼餐具。而且全程幫忙處理食物，非常貼心。套餐非常豐富，包括野生膏仔蟹、太平洋饅頭蟹，澳洲青年龍蝦、九孔鮑魚、日本赤蝦、青口、刀貝及蔬菜籃等等。每一種食物都好新鮮，基本不用點醬汁也非常夠味。特別大推膏仔蟹，蟹膏結實，－梳梳的蟹肉肥美鮮甜。澳洲青年龍蝦，肉質飽滿，口感豐富味道比較清甜。日本野生大赤蝦，蝦膏咸鮮飽滿，肉質鮮嫩，味道鮮美。豬骨粥底盡吸海鮮的精華，米粒軟糯，豬骨的咸鮮及淡淡的海鮮味互雙配合。整體食物質素非常高，值得推薦。
