To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於尖沙咀的海鮮蒸氣火鍋店,主打新鮮海產,以蒸氣鍋清蒸。 餐廳環境寬闊,枱面位置較大,確保足夠位置放置碗碟及海鮮盤。外面還有一個魚缸,養了各款游水海鮮,侍應不時在裡面打撈活海鮮。進食前,所有餐具及碗碟都在蒸鍋上面先消毒一遍,確保衛生。尊貴海鮮套餐 套餐一共十款食材包括海鮮、蔬菜籃,另外還有粥底及甜品。侍應將不同的海鮮,按時間、蒸熟程度,先後次序放上蒸架上蒸,旁邊有計時器,通常只需數分鐘就剛好熟透,侍應就會走過來幫忙夾起。按先後次序蒸:1.日本深海石斑一夜干2.日本野生大赤蝦3.韓國釜山珍珠蠔4.台灣九孔鮑魚5.大西洋野生青口6.紐西蘭月亮貝7.翡翠螺8.奄仔蟹9.澳洲龍蝦10.有機蔬菜籃粥底本身已有排骨、粟米、芋頭小粒及菜脯,加上之前海鮮蒸出來的鮮味,享用之前,侍應灑上蔥花,更加提鮮。甜品:椰汁燉雪燕附送一小碗甜品,份量剛好。燉雪燕,椰奶味重,椰汁甜甜的,還有一絲絲雪燕。
