To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食，店員介紹我試試尊貴海鮮套餐先，好！套餐有唔同嘅高級海鮮食材，如龍蝦、鮑魚、蚌類等。可以令客人一次品嚐多種美味。1）罕有藻食綠膏蟹：味道非常鮮甜😋如果你對特殊的蟹類品種有興趣，呢款罕有藻食綠膏蟹可能值得一試。2) 台灣花尾龍躉片：將龍躉切成薄片，整兩整就食得。3）野生琵琶龍蝦：琵琶龍蝦的肉質嫩滑飽滿，味道鮮美。建議唔點醬直接食佢嘅鮮味。4）台灣九孔鮑魚：台灣九孔鮑魚係高經濟價值的海鮮食材。鮑魚肉質彈牙。蒸煮令鮑魚的風味濃郁。5）加拿大野生海虎蝦：加拿大野生海虎蝦有肥美的肉肉，同鮮甜嘅味道。海鮮蒸煮後，鍋下面仲有個粥底，食完海鮮食返碗充滿海鮮味嘅粥，粥底充斥住海鮮嘅味道。最後有一碗椰汁雪燕。全餐飯用兩個字嚟形容：「滿足！」
