To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友去西環食野~行過見到呢間日本料理小店,就入去食個dinner。首先嚟個黑松露帶子沙律先~裏面嘅料都好多,唔同蔬菜夾埋一齊色彩繽紛,而且味道幾好,鍾意食沙律嘅你一定要食呢個呀~跟住嚟一個黑松露海膽蒸蛋,望落去已經好吸引我去食喇!因為蒸蛋望落去好滑,而且配上我最鍾意嘅黑松露同埋海膽,簡直係無得輸呀!食落口好香好滑好好味,就好似豆腐花咁滑~再嚟一個厚燒玉子,因為佢夠厚所以咬落去好有口感,個味道甜甜地,好開胃~令到我好想繼續食多幾舊呀!最後嚟個最飽嘅油甘魚紙鍋~油甘魚通常係攞嚟做刺身,不過呢間餐廳用嚟整成熟食,魚好鮮甜,而且配上雜菜一齊煮,令人再三回味呀!整體嚟講,呢間餐廳性價比高,店內環境都幾整潔,食物質素又好,值得再幫襯!
