To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友剛剛搬往此區,有藉口來西環尋找美食,她帶路來活一鮮,叫了:-雜錦魚生飯 (4款魚生+海胆 都新鮮, 海胆鮮甜,並無將貨就價)-葱蛋捲 (食慣沒蔥的, 加了蔥的味道,比較能突出蛋香)-燒鯖魚  (魚質OK, 燒的程度剛好, 不會燒得太老)-秋刀魚刺身 (秋季時令,個人必選, Mmm...好鮮味呀!  但秋刀魚是偏腥, 這也不例外, 接受不到魚腥的朋友, 別試啊!!) -梅酒  (是朋友點的, 我只試飲了兩啖, 頗清甜&不難入口)店舖雖然不大,但枱與枱之間亦保留到一些空間, 座位不覺太狹窄。看見有"開飯友"試過午市套餐,一樣抵食,看看有沒有空去吃先!
