To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度嘅點心非常特別,而且好有創意,我最鍾意食嘅呢就係黑蒜燒賣,因為佢嘅黑蒜呢甜甜地嘅味道而配合豬肉嘅味道,實在係美味可口,而且仲有好特別嘅顏色外皮,都幾特別㗎,仲有佢每道菜式,我都好鍾意好欣賞,有一定嘅水準,特別係我鍾意食花膠津白,滿滿嘅花膠湯加上津白,簡直就係健康有益,仲滿滿嘅骨膠原添,佢嘅鹹水角都好特別又有特色,仲有佢個星斑腸粉,同埋嘅星斑蒸包,都好特別,而且滿滿嘅薑味,再配合魚嘅鮮味,實在係好特別同好美味。交通非常方便,喺地鐵站上蓋,服務都非常之好
