整體感覺舒服又有驚喜,菜式偏潮汕風,味道有層次,擺盤也有心思。潮汕生醃蟹是整餐的亮點之一,蟹肉鮮甜,醃得剛剛好,不會太鹹,入口滑溜,很開胃。椒鹽大鮑魚外層微脆,鮑魚本身夠厚身,咬下去有彈性,味道香口但不膩。桂花黑醋爐魚和煙燻豆腐是比較特別的選擇,魚肉嫩滑,桂花味淡淡的,不會搶味豆腐煙燻味濃,口感綿密,算是有驚喜。海鱸魚炸得超美,魚肉細緻,沒有腥味,吃得出新鮮。黃皮燉葛螺湯酸香開胃,湯底清甜,喝完很舒服潮汕鹵水炸乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,鹵味入味,是那種一人可以吃完整隻的水準。飲品方面黃皮手打檸檬茶和鹹話梅手打檸檬茶都幾特別,前者清新,後者有趣,兩款都幾解膩。整體來說,食物有水準,環境舒服,適合朋友聚餐或家庭飯局,下次會想再試其他菜式。
