今晚去食omakase, 友人極力推介，無理由唔試吓囉。位置於銅鑼灣一商廈內，非常方便。八寸：梅貝， 鴨胸，鵝肝旬の剌身：池魚刺身備長炭燒劍魚配洋蔥汁紫蘇包裏著拖罹，配以梅和蜜糖，味道出色飄來煙熏嘅香氣，熟成和牛入口充滿著油脂，滋味。握リ五貫：墨魚壽司粒貝壽司道蟹壽司備長炭燒深海池魚醬油漬煙樽魚大拖羅口感十足。鮑魚採用了鮑魚汁蒸煮，鮮美！海膽入口即化，味道濃厚。蒽拖羅手卷九肚魚燉湯，清甜，完美嘅晚餐。
