To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於西環嘅活一鮮,聽朋友講午市好抵食,今次就嚟試吓佢個晚餐!小小嘅鋪頭有兩層,雖然鋪頭唔大,但係食客竟然都唔少,兩層都滿座,八點嘅鐘數都要等一陣!首先當然要食返個豚肉沙律清清喉嚨,豚肉淋,沙律配上麻醬,開胃!厚燒玉子,食落好滿足,充滿蛋香,而且加咗啲蔥花,食落有少少甜,但又無平時食開嘅玉子咁甜!特上活一鮮丼,滿滿嘅魚生丼,大大隻牡丹蝦,仲有三文魚、北寄貝、蟹籽、海膽等,份量都幾多,以呢個價錢來講絕對抵食!重點推介,北海道小川海膽!原盤上,自己鍾意一啖食幾多都得食落超鮮甜,一啲都唔腥!
