To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前已經等過一次,但等太耐就走了,今次終於等了35分鐘。坐下後不久第一個點心就到,因為佢重急過你。波鑼义燒飽,名不虛傳,暖暖的飽,皮脆,义燒唔會太多醬,味道剛剛好。跟住蝦餃,體績較一般酒樓的細,皮薄,不過蝦就無吔鮮味。如果講蝦餃,我都係比較喜歡上環的桃X源,不過當然價錢就貴一陪。再來鳳爪,鹵水汁幾好味,也不會太多醬汁,但稍為瘦一點,不過唔夠熱。又來牛肉腸粉,又係唔夠熱,重差D揾唔到牛肉,鼓油又無吔味,體績也細小。蒜味春卷算是較好的點心,幾香蒜味,皮又夠脆,份量也足。最後甜品係桂花榚,比較甜,但夠香。服務不是很好,也不是很差,但隣座的客人其中一位遲到就成日被伙記問。六個點心加兩位茶 $121 埋單。總結係抵食,例如蝦餃 $22,比中環酒樓平一半,但非特別好食。
