To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch行過活一鮮竟然唔洗等位,咁就唯有對自己好D~小店地方唔算大,但唔算話太逼,咁既價錢唔通仲想要酒店環境咩。同事叫左個刺身飯,板北海道小川海膽過份到一個點,啖啖都係海膽,究竟海膽係主食定飯係主食!? 我都偷食左D海膽,好甜好creamy完全唔腥;我自己就叫左個鰻魚飯, 鰻魚好厚身完全唔係來貨就咁叮熱就上個隻,仲有兩件玉子,都唔錯幾香蛋味,又唔會好乾好硬。另外叫多左兩個小食share -芒果三文魚天婦羅腐皮卷 同 黑松露海膽蒸蛋 腐皮卷幾特別, 腐皮包住三文魚卷幾有創意,加埋入面個D瓜同面既醬,令到成舊野都好清新又幾有層次感,呢個卷物有驚喜!黑松露海膽蒸蛋勁滑, 黑松露同蛋真係最夾既組合,再加埋海膽好creamy好鮮味,令到成件事勁豐富勁香,呢個蛋真心好食!呢間日本野真係私心推介,下次要book位帶朋友黎試下,lunch都咁高質夜晚咪不得了!?"
