今日同朋友出開太子買野,去咗始創中心覓食,然後我哋揀咗呢間夏麵館。即使今日係平日夜晚,餐廳都有唔少枱客。我地揀左個主食再加幾樣小食share。我哋見佢個蟹粉美食係廚師推介,於是叫咗個蟹粉炒飯。蟹粉同炒飯分開上,蟹粉十分濃味,撈埋炒飯食好惹味。而且上枱時蟹粉同炒飯都熱辣辣,值得一讚。鮮肉小籠包,皮薄餡靚,食落去充滿鮮嫩肉汁,唔錯。紅油抄手,總共有六隻,size比平時食開大粒,由於唔係被辣油浸住,所以味道較淡。夏味燻蛋(兩隻)隻蛋經過煙燻,味道比較特別同吸引,凍凍地,幾開胃。花雕醉雞 ,花雕酒味夠出,雞的份量亦不少,而且煮得入味。餐廳野食價錢便宜,而且每樣嘢食都分量十足,食到好飽都只係每人百零蚊,好抵。
