同屋企人提起新蒲崗嘅打冷鋪,佢馬上就知道我講緊「陳儀興」!滷水鵝片🥢潮州菜當然唔少得滷水,鵝片厚薄油脂適中,肉質有彈性😋底下嘅滷水豆腐滑溜入味古法缽仔焗魚腸🍲好耐冇食過焗魚腸喇~~全因爲製作依道菜好花時間同功夫,越來越少地方有得食,魚油滲透蒸蛋,味道甘香,本身已經落咗薑癖味,怕腥可以再加胡椒粉🧂香煎沙尖魚🐟沙尖魚建議有兩種食法,一係就較傳統嘅做法用豆醬煮,一係就較新式嘅做法煎香再蘸豆醬,我哋揀咗後者沙尖魚煎得金黃香口,難得魚肉仍然夠滑,因為豆醬本身偏濃味,分開蘸醬可以自己控制份量,想食原味又得,想蘸醬惹味啲都得👍店舖屹立幾十年自然有佢嘅魅力😎
